Refund policy

Returns/Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products being customized, we are unable to offer returns to items already processed. However, if you place an order and require a change or full cancellation to your order, please contact us immediately and we will work to accommodate your request. Once production has begun on you order, we are unable to cancel but will make adjustments if at all possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We may be able to offer exchanges under certain circumstances (i.e. the same products with an already existing design for another that is not a specific customization.) Please contact us to inquire about exchange options for your order.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your cancellation/return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
